At Identity Resource we understand that grief is a perfectly natural response to traumatic loss. Regardless of whether that loss has occurred as a reaction to bereavement, financial hardship, the breakup of a relationship, miscarriage, redundancy, or one of the many other significant life events that can result in grief we recognise that there are times when we feel lost and stuck in our grief. During the course of our grief recovery workshop, we will teach you the skills that will help you to navigate your way through your grief journey with greater confidence.
The details for the Grief Recovery Workshop are:
- Thursday 27th January
- 6:30pm registration for 7pm start until 10pm
- Cost £97 includes buffet dinner, refreshments, copy of my book, and meditation CD
- Mary Green Manor Hotel in Brentwood
You will walk away from this event with a number of tools and techniques that you can use straight away to help you manage on “those days” when grief stubbornly decides to stay resident.
Your trainer for the evening will be Gavin Perrett, Creative Director for Identity Resource who is a Mindset Transformation Coach with skills in Hypnotherapy, NLP, Coaching, and Applied Neuroscience.
During March and April 2020, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, Gavin lost both of his parents to Covid-19. As part of his grieving process, he penned his first book, “Transforming Grief: from Tragedy Emerges Hope”. In the book, Gavin talks candidly and openly about his early life and growing up, about his later life and his parents and their relationship, and the tools that he has sed to help him to begin to work through the grieving process.
The Grief Recovery Workshop is designed for people who have suffered their own loss, whatever that may be, want to understand what it means to grieve and introduce some of the tools that people can bring to bear to help them work their own way through their own journey.
